The recently restored communal areas are extremely elegant, with decorative torch-holders, elaborate pediments, stucco garlands and stained-glass windows. The 117 m² flat with a ceiling height of 3.20 metres is on the second floor, accessed by lift, and has a south/south-west aspect. The entrance hall, extended by a luminous corridor with views over the neighbouring rooftops, reveals a 44 m² double reception room. The first part has two French windows opening onto a balcony overlooking Rue Faidherbe and its lush foliage.
