Architecture of 1726, this magnificent presbytery of 326 m2 develops on four levels on a plot of 239 m2 integrated into the old ramparts of the ancestral village of Rochegude in the heart of Drome Provençale, a stone's throw from Grignan and a few minutes from the TGV station.

On the top floor of the building, the kitchen mixing zinc gray and Raujolles terracotta extends onto a second terrace where a gentle tranquility reigns at the foot of the magnificent bell tower which points its spire into the blue sky. The view is breathtaking over Mont Ventoux, the vineyards, the lace of Montmirail in the distance, the lavender fields as far as the eye can see and in the foreground the houses with roofs ranging from pink to brown ocher. An intermediate terrace ideal for relaxing on hot summer days, listening to the concert of cicadas above the pines, reminds us that here is already Provence.
