Villa Angeli is a 700 square meter villa with 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a spa, a gym, a pool, a courtyard, an outdoor dining terrace, and parking areas. The villa is the perfect choice for friends and families seeking contemporary and updated design with luxurious comforts. With the convenience of being just 15 minutes from the center of Florence, a short drive takes you to world-famous museums, a wide variety of restaurants, antique shops, designer boutiques, and picturesque squares where you can enjoy live music.
The villa consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment that can be joined or separated for a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. The main house features a spacious living room, a cinema room, a billiards table room, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The 2-bedroom apartment offers a kitchenette, a living area, 2 queen-size bedrooms, and 1 and a half bathrooms. The interiors are modern and contemporary with typical farmhouse details such as exposed beam ceilings and natural stone. The soft cream-colored walls and designer furniture in the living rooms are beautifully arranged for comfort and relaxation. Monticchiello and Montalcino: queen-size bed (Monticchiello) and 2 twin beds (Montalcino), shared bathroom with double shower and bathtub, and ample closet space.
The second-floor hallway and kitchen staircase provide access to these two separate bedrooms. Both are beautifully decorated with exposed wooden beams and views of the Tuscan hills, a shared full bathroom in the hallway, and ample closet space. Monticchiello offers a queen-size bed and Montalcino has 2 single beds ideal for children.
Montefiore and Montelupo: queen-size beds, a full bathroom with double shower and bathtub, living room with TV, 1/2 bathroom for guests, full kitchen, and dining area.
The villa offers the possibility of a separate unit that can be ideal if traveling with another family desiring privacy and independence. However, there is also the option to use the entire villa as if it were one. This delightful unit is spread over two floors: the ground floor features a beautiful cozy living room with a 55-inch TV and lounge sofas, a 1/2 guest bathroom, and a full kitchen with a dining table.
