It has a large gym with treadmill, exercise bike, bodybuilding and pilates station, air conditioning, cable TV, lavatory and is complete with a massage room integrated with the garden. The beach garden develops around a lawn and has a circular square with a stone floor, shaded by native trees, with a table for meals and a mobile barbecue. The 25 meter swimming pool has heating, an outdoor shower and a lavatory with an indoor garden. From the garden, a small walkway leads to the beach with ten sunbeds. In-house staff trained to offer a gastronomic experience and all the comforts of a hotel. The Condomínio de Itapororoca subdivision has a concierge with security, controlled entrance and beach guards.
